Simple communication
is effective communication

The “Simple Communication in Business” training is a workshop that implements best practices in interpersonal communication via emails, presentations, and speech. We eliminate the most common (often hidden) mistakes that cause communication breakdowns within organizations. We help change habits that push participants toward chaotic communication. Using simple tricks and effective language structures, participants’ communication undergoes a complete transformation. The training can be conducted as a webinar for a larger audience or a hands-on workshop with exercises.

What is communication based on the SIMPLE formula?

It's communication that meets the following six criteria:

S (Structured) – structured, I (Inclusive) – open to others, M (Minimalistic) – minimalistic, P (Pictorial) – visual, L (Leading) – leading, E (Empathetic) – empathetic

 

What is interpersonal communication based on DISC behavior styles?

It’s based on understanding four key audience behavior styles: Dominant (D), Influential (I), Steady (S), and Conscientious (C). Each style has unique characteristics, thought patterns, and preferences that affect how a person communicates and responds to others.
