Workshop + AI Presentation Assistant

The biggest issue with workshops? People forget. That's why every participant gets an AI assistant that stays with them long after the training. It handles 80% of the tedious work – content structure, formatting, layouts – so your team can focus on what actually matters: crafting the message, adding context, and nailing the delivery.

What will your team learn
during this training?

How to turn raw data into visuals that drive decisions

How to build a narrative around numbers – not just show them

How to simplify complex data without losing the point

TELL A STORY WITH DATA.

At SlideFormation, we are data storytelling practitioners

We use data storytelling every day when designing presentations for our clients. Most of them are large global companies, private equity funds, startups, and B2B enterprises. Every day – literally every day – we work with data. We know the proven techniques that help presenters persuade and make it easy for audiences to absorb data-driven presentations. We share the secrets of data storytelling during this training. Our trainer is therefore not a theorist, but a 100% practitioner.

Instead, most “data storytelling” looks like this:

What is data storytelling?

Data storytelling is the art of persuasion in the business world with numerical data as the backdrop. Most presenters make a multitude of mistakes in this area: they display data chaotically, take screenshots from Excel, paste them onto PowerPoint slides, and at best apply some basic graphic formatting to give the data a slightly cleaner look. Usually, that is far from enough to persuade anyone of anything or to explain something clearly.

This is where data storytelling comes in. It is a narrative framework that provides specific guidelines for how a data-driven presentation should look. Data storytelling is a set of communication techniques that allow you to turn a chaos of numbers into a coherent, clear, and engaging story.

Can you overdo data storytelling?

From experience, we know you can. Many presenters fall into the trap of diving too deep into the "storytelling" side and ignoring the "data" side. Instead of a business presentation grounded in numbers, what comes out is something closer to a motivational speech or a TED talk. There is plenty of interesting narrative, but little substance and little data.

The opposite extreme is equally common: presenters cram their slides with an overwhelming amount of data and forget to connect it with a coherent, concise, and simple narrative. The result? A complicated message that the audience simply cannot follow.

The art of data storytelling lies in finding the right balance between data and storytelling. Our data storytelling training teaches you exactly how to maintain that balance.
